Midstream Bike Butler offers at-home bike wash and lube services exclusively to residents of the Midstream Estate Community. We strive to provide high-quality service and care for your bicycle.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through cash, FNB geo payment, eft.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5. Liability and Indemnity

  • Service Liability: While we take great care in providing our services, Midstream Bike Butler is not responsible for any damage that occurs to your bicycle during the service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing issues with the bicycle prior to the service.
  • Indemnity: By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Midstream Bike Butler, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions.
